We have a heated, zero entry, resort style, pool as well as a hot tub, our guests are welcome to use the pool and at our sister property, Siesta Key Beachside Villas.

Yes, each room is supplied with the same number of chairs that the unit accommodates.
The hotel is located inside of the Siesta Key Village and is within walking distance to all of the area’s local attractions.
No, our property is walkable to the beach and the village. Should you need a ride, Siesta Key offers free transportation options such as The Frog Hop, Siesta Key Trolley, or Free Rides. The villa’s also offers complimentary bicycle rentals. Street Legal Golf Carts may be rented for a fee, through ZoomAround, LLC.

Early check-in is subject to availability on the day of your arrival. There is a $25.00 fee. Late check-outs are subject to availability on the day of your departure. It is an additional $25.00 per hour.
All our guest rooms offer kitchenettes with a mini refrigerator, microwave, and Keurig. Our Suites offer full kitchenettes. Units may vary. Some include a full size fridge and/or dual cooktop burner.
Yes. Vending machines are available in the pool area. Ice is available through our front desk.

To avoid disruptions during your vacation, we provide a towel exchange service. Housekeeping is available upon request before noon each day.
Clear garbage bags are in each room, and we ask our guests to kindly place them outside their room door (securely tied) between 10:00 am and 4:00 pm.
RESORT AMENITY FEE:
Siesta Key Beach Resort charges a daily “RESORT AMENITY FEE” for each night the room is occupied.
Effective January 1, 2024, the RESORT AMENITY FEE is $49.00 per day and includes the following hotel amenities:
- Use of the pool and hot tub located at Siesta Key Beach Resort and Suites, and the pool at Siesta Key Beachside Villas.
- Two (2) BUY ONE, GET ONE FREE Beverage Vouchers at The Big Tiki Lounge located at Siesta Key Beach Resort and Suites.
- Beach towel usage. $25.00 will be charged to the credit card on file for each lost and/or missing beach towel.
- Beach chair usage. $50.00 will be charged to the credit card on file for each lost and/or missing beach chair.
- Beach wagon usage, available at the front desk to check out from 9 AM to 5 PM. $100.00 will be charged to the credit card on file for each lost and/or missing beach wagon.
- Beverage/Food Coolers: Each room has an Arctic Zone Cooler for use at the pool and/or beach. $75.00 will be charged to the credit card on file for each lost and/or missing beverage cooler.
- WI-FI throughout the resort, as long as the current carrier’s service is up and running.
- Bottled Water. Room temperature bottled water is provided in each room and at the front desk.
- In-room snacks are provided once at check-in to make your experience more pleasant.
- Keurig Coffee machines are in each guest room with Donut Shop coffee, cups, etc. provided.
- Bicycle rental – Up to (3) hours of daily bicycle use is included in the amenity fee. PLEASE NOTE: all riders are required to sign a liability waiver prior to use of any bicycle. Parents and/or legal guardians will sign for anyone under 18 years of age. All riders are required to use a helmet. Anyone failing to use a helmet will assume their own risk. It is the responsibility of the occupant to request ALL safety equipment. Any damage to a rented bicycle will be equal to the cost of repair. Any bicycle signed out and not returned may be charged up to $1,000 (the actual cost of replacement) for the unreturned bicycle. A lock is included with each bicycle to protect the bicycle from theft. Although there is minimal theft on Siesta Key, it is required that the guest utilize the bicycle lock when the bicycle is not in use or unattended.
The current amenity fee is $49.00 plus tax, per day.
Each reservation is entitled to one parking space. It is $10.00 per day, per vehicle. Failure to register your vehicle with the office at Siesta Key Beach Resort and Suites could result in your vehicle being towed at the owner’s expense.
